Serving Pinellas County's Osteopathic Community Since 1957

The Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society is a 501(c)(6) professional organization dedicated to serving the osteopathic medical profession, our members, and the well-being of our community.

PCOMS is affiliated with the American Osteopathic Association and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. We are the oldest professional physician organization in Pinellas County. In 2027 we will celebrate 70 years of continuous service to physicians, resident physicians, medical students, and the allied health professional community.

PCOMS is the Fifth District of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, evolving from a small group of osteopathic physicians in 1957 to over 300 physicians and affiliates as of 2026.
